We stayed 4 days in Binz, bicycling the surrounding areas. This seabridge was very nice and an important part of the image of this sea resort Binz.

It's nice to walk out to the sea and have a look at the shore from it as well to the "Kreidefelsen".

The beach in Binz is unbelievable 5,5 km long. Thanks to its sheltered location, the fine sand, the stone-free ground and the weak surf, countless bathing mermaids and water men like to romp around here. On top you can also look forward to a 1A water quality: for example, the Baltic seaside resort of Binz was awarded the "Blue European Flag".
So there is hardly anyone who does not feel comfortable on the beach in Linz. Whether families, singles, couples or groups of friends - all come gladly to the clean, broad beach on Rügen. Of course there is a lot going on, especially in the warm summer months, but if you want it a bit quieter, you will find it in the north of Linz. Here the beach is becoming emptier and lonelier. The infrastructure on the beach is also impressive: sanitary facilities, beach loungers, parking spaces and a gastronomic offer are available.Beach sections for dogs and nudist bathing complete the all-round carefree package. There's a lifeguard to make sure nobody gets hurt.

An interesting and beautiful spot
Quick stop at the Seebruecke on a beautiful day. Views are great, site is unique, very clean and well kept , some high-end shopping and dining. Well worth the trip. Would like to spend more time...

Beautiful
Nice to go on the sunset and catch the light and the view from the city, the ocean and the cliffs from there! Really special.

Quite simply the best fish and chips you will ever taste !
This pier has had a sad history and has been burnt down and crashed into. It is now very safe and it is a pleasant walk to the end to stare out at the sea. But on the beach before you get onto the pier is a kiosk with seating and some Strandkorbs, and that is where I recommend you have their Fisch und Frites - quite the best fish and chips ever - freshly made as you stand and wait and beautifully presented. A joy !

To cut to the chase: The island of Rügen and especially the Baltic seaside resort Binz has really impressed us. Especially if you don't want to fly far away, the city provides you with all the amenities that every tourist resort in southern Europe has to offer. Here you can escape the stress of everyday life and recharge your batteries in nature. But if you feel like it, the fashionable health resort Binz also has a lot to offer. The fine sandy beach and the long promenade along the shore are also quite enchanting; only the water is - well, let's say - quite "refreshing".
